Contractor Trims Claims Over Flawed Results of Georgia Bar Exam

ILG Technologies LLC convinced a federal judge that only negligent misrepresentation claims can proceed in a case brought by a group of Georgia bar applicants after a software glitch caused them to be wrongly told they failed the exam.
