Compass Inc. is accused of sending unauthorized telemarketing calls to numbers registered on the Do Not Call Registry in a new class action complaint filed in a federal Florida court.
The multistate online real estate brokerage has offices in South Palm Beach, David Kaznecki told the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Thursday. The company made at least two prerecorded robocalls in January to Kaznecki’s mobile phone, according to his complaint.
He said his number has been on the Do Not Call Registry since 2008 and that he’s never given Compass permission to contact him.
