Cohen’s Point72 and NY Mets Technology Chief Brubaker Exits

Mark Brubaker has left his roles as chief technology officer at Point72 Asset Management and the New York Mets, both owned by billionaire Steve Cohen.

Brubaker departed Point72 after four years to “pursue other opportunities,” according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg, which didn’t give further details.

Prem Krishnamoorthy, Point72’s head of equities technology, will replace Brubaker on an interim basis with immediate effect, the memo said.

Meanwhile, Oscar Fernandez, vice president of technology solutions for the Mets, will serve as interim CTO at the baseball team, according to a person familiar with the matter.
