Clearview AI Inc. is pushing for consumers that sued over its facial recognition technology to show whether they put privacy limits on photos of themselves published online.
The company is seeking details on how the consumers have used social media, including information on their privacy settings and what photos were posted to their accounts or other accounts, according to a legal brief filed Dec. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
