Clark Hill Recruits Simone McCormick for Privacy, Cyber Practice

Simone McCormick joined Clark Hill as a member in its privacy and cybersecurity practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.

McCormick represents companies across industries in litigation, regulatory investigations, and incident response matters involving data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technology risks. Her practice includes defending clients in consumer class actions, privacy and technology litigation, managing responses to data breaches and cyber incidents, and counseling organizations on compliance with privacy laws, the firm said.

McCormick previously was at Pierson Ferdinand, according to her LinkedIn profile.
