Charter Moving Headquarters to Connecticut

Charter Communications is moving its headquarters from St. Louis to Stamford, Conn., setting up shop in a new 70,000 square-foot office where the majority of its executives and their support staff will work.

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy announced Charter’s plans to move to the state in an Oct. 2 press conference. The cable operator had already informed the Securities and Exchange Commission back in June that it would relocate some of its executives to the New York City metro area.
