Celonis SE urged a Delaware federal judge to throw out part of
SAP’s US Patent Nos. 9,697,254 and 8,996,492 shouldn’t have been issued because they describe routine graph-traversal math performed on generic computers, according to Celonis’ opening brief supporting its partial motion to dismiss filed Jan. 2 in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
