Buyout firm Hgis in advanced talks to acquire financial software maker OneStream Inc., according to people familiar with the matter.

A deal could be announced as soon as the coming days, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the information is private.

While the discussions are advanced, details including timing may change or the talks could end without an agreement, the people added.

A representative for Hg declined to comment. A spokesperson for OneStream didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
