St. Louis-based cable operator Suddenlink finished the fourth quarter of 2010 with pro forma revenues up 8.7 percent year over year and average revenue per basic subscriber up 11.6 percent
The company reported revenues of $434.4 million for the quarter, and annual revenues of $1.69 billion, the latter of which was up 7.7 percent over 2009 levels. Total pro forma ARPU hit $118.41, up more than $12 from 4Q09 ARPU. Results reflect the Aug. 1 acquisition of Mississippi-based Windjammer Communications and exclude two systems, serving 2,800 core customers, sold in November of last year
