Online meal delivery service Blue Apron LLC can’t escape a claim alleging its website is inaccessible to visually-impaired customers using screen-reading software.
The Nov. 8 decision by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire allows a case to proceed that may help clarify the responsibilities of online-only companies in ensuring the accessibility of their services.
