Biden Administration Reviewing Section 230 Tech Liability Shield

The White House is reviewing Section 230, Kate Bedingfield, spokeswoman for President Biden, says on MSNBC.

• “We’re reviewing that and certainly they should be held accountable,” Bedingfield says in response to question about whether Facebook, Twitter other social media outlets that allow false information to spread should be liable to lawsuits
