The department’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) would have to evaluate cybersecurity challenges related to school information systems, sensitive student and employee records, and remote learning. It would have to consult with teachers, administrators, federal agencies, and private sector groups and share the results with Congress within 120 days of the bill’s enactment.
