The Consumer Product Safety Commission would be required to establish a pilot program to explore the use of artificial intelligence under H.R. 4814.

The measure would also require the Commerce Department to complete a study on using blockchain technology for consumer protection and the Federal Trade Commission to report to Congress on unfair acts related to digital token transactions.
