Banned Seller Can’t File Seventh Complaint To Allege eBay’s Violation of Sherman Act

The trial court properly refused to let a textile seller banned from eBay file a sixth amended complaint to belatedly include vague, unarticulated Sherman Act monopolization allegations against eBay, according to a Jan. 29 unpublished opinion from the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District (Ruins-CA v. eBay Inc., Cal. Ct. App., G045540, 1/29/13).
