German’s Federal Cartel office told 
- Providers who offer services in Apple’s store are required to make their customers agree to extended use of their data; otherwise the providers can’t get access to data necessary for personalized advertising
 - If users buy Apple’s own apps, they don’t have to use the same tool to declare that consent
