Amazon is in talks to lease space at 452 Fifth Avenue, the New York Post reports, citing unidentified sources familiar with the matter.

• The tech company would lease all of HSBC’s 350,000 square feet at that address when the bank relocates next year
• Amazon is negotiating with tower owner PBC
• Different teams of JLL brokers are working both sides of the talks but none could be reached by the Post for comment
