As Frontier Communications, Inc. prepares for its acquisition of Verizon’s systems in Florida, Texas, and California, the company is pushing hard to move more of its subscribers to higher-speed data services and to increase its bundled penetration.
The company has leveraged its earlier acquisitions of Verizon territories—including some FiOS systems—and AT&T’s Connecticut system to increase the number of customers that subscriber to higher-speed tiers.
