Yale Defeats Disabled Student’s Bid for More Time in Law Program

A graduate student with disabilities isn’t entitled to a preliminary injunction stopping Yale Law School from discharging her from her program, a federal court said.

Jane Doe claimed she was denied a time extension to get her dissertation up to her standards before she graduates because she was disabled and in retaliation for pursuing her rights. Though Judge Omar A.
