The University of Virginia convinced a federal district court to reject a former’s student’s suit asserting that the university improperly responded to her sexual assault allegations against a professor.
Plaintiff Jane Doe asserted a claim for deliberate indifference to sexual harassment under Title IX, among other claims, in her suit filed in April 2023.
