Supreme Court Skips Review of ‘WallStreetBets’ Trademark Case

The US Supreme Court on Monday declined to review a lower court’s ruling that the founder of the ‘subreddit’ page wallstreetbets doesn’t own the trademark of the name.

The forum’s creator and ex-moderator Jaime Rogozinski asked the high court in November to overturn a decision that he didn’t own the “WALLSTREETBETS” and “WSB” trademarks, and Reddit Inc. didn’t violate his rights by taking control of the page.
