The New Jersey Attorney General is suing a series of school districts seeking to block policies that require teachers and staff to notify parents when children switch gender, names, or pronouns.

Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin (D) filed three separate motions for temporary restraining orders against the Manalpan-Englishtown, Marlboro, and Middletown school districts Wednesday. This follows a similar suit against Hanover schools last month.
