Pro-Israel Rallygoers Drop Lawsuit Over Canceled D.C. Bus Trips

Jewish and Israeli customers ended their proposed federal class action alleging US Coachways Inc. and other unnamed companies and individuals purposefully canceled bus trips to prevent their attendance at a pro-Israel rally, but counsel for the plaintiffs said they’ll pursue a state court action.

The plaintiffs alleged Coachways and its employees coordinated the day-of cancellations for 25% of their bus trips to Washington, D.C., on Nov. 14, 2023, to prevent them from attending the March for Israel Rally.
