Litigation boutique Dunn Isaacson Rhee is dropping special bonuses for its associates just past the firm’s one-year anniversary.

The DC-founded boutique is handing out between $10,000 to $25,000 based on seniority, according to a memo viewed by Bloomberg Law. “Associates and counsel whose matters have required truly exceptional dedication and who have had an outsized impact may also receive an additional award,” the memo said.

Dunn Isaacson Rhee issued a pair of hefty year-end incentives totalling up to $175,000 for associates last year without imposing any hours-related pre-requisites. There are no hours prerequisites this year either, according to a person familiar with the matter.
