Paul Hastings Takes on Kodes, Nemeth in New York as Partners

Shawn Kodes and Matthew Nemeth have joined Paul Hastings as partners in New York, the firm said Wednesday.

Kodes, who will serve as co-chair of the firm’s asset-backed finance practice, advises clients in domestic and cross-border complex structured finance transactions across asset types, according to Paul Hastings.

Nemeth’s practice concentrates on securitization of asset types and bespoke securitization and private credit structures, said the firm.
