The Small Business Administration launched a $100 million program Thursday to help underserved communities improve access to financial help, including loans and grants.
The Community Navigator Pilot Program will provide funding to 51 organizations that will work with over 400 local groups to help small businesses, including those owned by veterans, women, and those from rural communities and communities of color, get financial assistance and access to capital. The program will also assist with contracting and procurement, marketing, operations, business development, and exporting, industry-specific training.
