McGuireWoods Adds Paul Weiss’ Mohan as PE Partner in New York

Bharath Mohan joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its private equity practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Mohan represents private equity and growth equity firms, multinational corporations, and strategic buyers and sellers in industries throughout the United States and abroad. He counsels corporate boards and executives on complicated transactions and has led deal teams in cross-border agreements involving stakeholders in the United States, Europe, Central America and Asia, the firm said.

He joins from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
