Lizzo Tour Worker Bias Damages Proof Should Be Nixed, Judge Says

Lizzo’s touring company secured a federal magistrate judge’s recommendation to block a former tour employee from presenting proof of emotional distress stemming from alleged sexual and racial harassment and disability discrimination.

The US District Court for the Central District Court of California should exclude mental-health treatment records and a neuropsychologist’s expert analysis as a sanction for plaintiff Asha Daniels’ discovery transgressions, Magistrate Judge Pedro V.
