Former Civil Service Employees Sue USAID Over DEI Firings (1)

Employees of the US Agency for International Development who were fired as part of the Trump administration’s cuts to the federal government sued the agency, claiming violations of their constitutional and statutory rights.

Plaintiffs’ attorneys said a “blitzkrieg-like attack” from the White House shattered safeguards and due process for civil servants.
