The worker fell short of alleging that Ford fired him because of his race, national origin, or religion, or because he filed a discrimination complaint with the automaker’s human resources team, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan said. But he’ll have a chance to amend his complaint, according to the Thursday order.
