Foley Hoag Recruits Cooley Lawyer Brooke Fritz in Denver (1)

Foley Hoag hired Brooke Fritz as a partner in its Denver office, the firm announced Tuesday.

Fritz draws on two decades of experience advising multinational public companies and venture capital-backed start-ups in the IT, telecommunications, services, healthcare, and business process outsourcing sectors. She specializes in telecommunications transactions and strategic outsourcing, the firm said.

She joins from Cooley LLP, where she was special counsel. Fritz also previously worked at American Express, where she served as senior counsel and vice president in the technology law group.
