Foley & Lardner is being sued for scrapping a recent law school graduate’s job offer over her comments about the Israel-Hamas war.

Jinan Chehade said in a complaint filed Wednesday that Foley discriminated against her because of her Arab Muslim background. The firm revoked her offer in October, one day before she was set to start as a first-year associate in Foley’s Chicago office, according to the complaint.
