James Vaughan and Andrew Claerbout joined FisherBroyles as partners in its intellectual property group in Atlanta, the firm announced Sept. 15.
Vaughan is an IP litigator and strategist who guides companies through patent disputes and portfolio-driven business decisions. He has served as lead trial counsel, managed complex multi-venue matters, and briefed and argued appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the firm said.
