Fischer Skis Seeks to Toss Blind Customer’s Website Access Suit

Fischer Skis US LLC asked a federal trial court to dismiss an Americans with Disabilities Act suit alleging the company fails to make its website accessible to the visually impaired, arguing the law applies only to businesses with a physical location.

Fischer sells alpine and nordic skis, poles, boots and bindings, as well as hockey gear and apparel online.
