Krishna Skandakumar and Natalia Kubik joined Debevoise & Plimpton as partners in its investment management and private fund transactions groups, the firm announced Tuesday.
Skandakumar and Kubik, who join from Goodwin Procter, advise private equity sponsors and investors on complex secondaries transactions and related liquidity solutions. They bring experience in all forms of secondaries, including continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, tender offers and recapitalizations, the firm said.
Skandakumar will serve as co-chair of the firm’s private fund transactions group.
