Entergy Corp. defeated discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims by a Black man who lost his job at a nuclear plant after his access authorization was rescinded over sleep issues.

The ruling by the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana turned on the failure of the former Waterford III plant senior material operator to show he was qualified for the job.
