Biden’s Title IX Transgender Rights Rule Blocked in Oklahoma (1)

A Biden Education Department rule barring discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation in schools that receive federal funding was blocked from taking effect in Oklahoma Wednesday.

The US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma granted Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s motion for a preliminary injunction against President Joe Biden’s Title IX rule.
