A woman charging Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer with battery and sexual battery told a federal court in California that her claims aren’t barred by a state trial court ruling denying her request for a domestic violence restraining order against him.
The state court “neither actually nor necessarily decided whether Bauer battered or sexually battered” her, Lindsey Hill said in a filing Thursday in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
