Zendesk Beats Investor Sales Capability, Breach Suit, for Now

Zendesk Inc. fought off a would-be class suit accusing it of misleading investors after a federal judge in California dismissed the case, although the lead plaintiff will have a chance to fix problems with the complaint.

The San Francisco-based customer service software firm’s investors failed to allege a material misstatement or omission or demonstrate intent, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California said.
