Wish Investors Get Lead Plaintiffs in Suit Over Product Quality

ContextLogic Inc. investors who say the company misled them about the quality of products on its Wish e-commerce platform landed co-lead plaintiffs and counsel for their securities dispute in federal court in California.

Individual investors Xiaoquan Yang and Alexander De Block will jointly guide the securities litigation for the proposed class, beating out another would-be lead plaintiff pair, according to the US District Court for the Northern District of California ruling.
