Walgreens Investors Advance Part of VillageMD Partnership Suit

Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. investors can proceed with their securities fraud lawsuit against the drugstore chain on the basis of three statements about its health clinic venture with VillageMD, a federal court ruled.
