The cryptocurrency exchange firm Uniswap Labs will return to federal district court in a proposed class action because state law claims were improperly dismissed without being considered, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said on Wednesday.
But the Southern District of New York correctly tossed with prejudice federal claims key to bringing a securities lawsuit, the three-judge panel said in its summary order affirming, reversing and remanding in part a 2023 order.
