A Trip.com Group investor voluntarily dismissed a suit over the travel platform allegedly downplaying the potential for Chinese government action against it.
No settlement was involved, according to the investor’s dismissal filing. Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis implemented the dismissal with an order docketed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
