Trading Consultant Owes $2.5 Million for Defrauding Partner

A stock trading consultant owes over $2.5 million for forcing his former partner to dissolve their company so that he could create a new company to do the same work without him, a jury ruled in Illinois state court March 6.

Zachary Wulf defrauded Brian Marler and breached their termination agreement by lying about the dissolution of the first company and the start of the second one, the jury found.
