Skechers Investor Accuses Executives of Misusing Corporate Jets

A Skechers USA Inc. investor filed suit in Delaware against current and former members of its board, claiming they stood aside while three top executives cost the footwear company millions by using its two corporate jets mainly to fly themselves and their friends to ritzy vacation spots.

The lawsuit, made public Tuesday, accuses CEO Robert Greenberg, company president Michael Greenberg, and chief operating officer David Weinberg of each costing the company hundreds of thousands of dollars a year—up to nearly $1.1 million in one case—in personal travel costs.
