Sinovac Biotech Ltd. controlling shareholders persuaded a federal judge to render moot a lawsuit seeking federal disclosures brought by a minority investor that has fought for board changes at the vaccine company.
About seven months after a court-ordered deadline to amend disclosures, Sinovac director Chiang Li and his 1Globe Capital LLC investment fund submitted another amendment for judicial review that was recently publicized by federal regulators, Judge Myong J.
