SEC Says Court Entered Penalties in Lewis Insider Trading Case

The US Securities and Exchange Commission announces entry of final consent judgments in a 2023 case involving British billionaire Joe Lewis, his then girlfriend and two private pilots accused of using insider information to make stock trades.
