SEC Reports 36 Percent Jump in Full FOIA Releases

The number of requests under the Freedom of Information Act that the Securities and Exchange Commission fully granted jumped 36 percent in fiscal year 2011 compared to the prior year, the commission’s Chief FOIA Officer Barry Walters said in a March 9 report.
