SEC Fixes Web Page That Failed to Display Goldman Insider Trades

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 22 appeared to have fixed a web page displaying stock transactions by Goldman Sachs Group Inc. insiders.

Bloomberg reported earlier in the day that seven regulatory filings submitted since February were missing from the SEC’s Edgar web page dedicated to Goldman insider transactions.
