SEC Announces Fee-Rate Hikes

The Securities and Exchange Commission Aug. 31 announced increases in the fee rates for registering securities and other matters.

In a release the agency noted that it is required by statute annually to adjust the rates for fees paid under 1933 Securities Act Section 6(b) and 1934 Securities Exchange Act Sections 13(e) and 14(g).
