Reed Smith Recruits Rebecca Fike as Investigations Partner

Rebecca Fike joined Reed Smith as a partner in its global regulatory enforcement group in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

Fike focuses on Securities and Exchange Commission defense and compliance advisory, internal investigations, and strategic counsel on complex regulatory matters. She advises boards and C-suites at public and private companies on navigating enforcement risk, developing compliance frameworks, and responding to high-stakes regulatory scrutiny, the firm said.
